I rarely leave negative reviews, but I'm extremely disappointed with my experience.

I placed order #TFT69681 on 1 July and paid extra for tracked shipping. The order has been marked as dispatched, yet I have never received any tracking number or shipping updates.

Since then, I have tried multiple ways to get in touch, including contacting customer support and even reaching out to the founder on LinkedIn after connecting with him. Unfortunately, I have received no response at all.

I have always admired These Football Times for the quality of their publications, which makes this lack of communication even more disappointing. Delays can happen, but completely ignoring paying customers is not acceptable.

Ordered two magazines, payed a lot of money for them to be sent to Portugal, never received them. Tried to contact the company, they don't answer. Don't buy anything from these people, they are taking our money with absolutely no liability.

The best magazine on the market for nostalgic football fans, it's well worth a shout and a go.

Can't unsubscribe from newsletter, still receiving it after clicking unsubscribe for 5 or 6 times.

DO NOT BUY OF THEM!!! They just take your money and never send items!!! Furthermore they never respond when trying to get what’s rightly yours!
Extremely poor and rip-off!!!

Having ordered multiple magazines from them a few years ago I recently ordered the latest Sampdoria magazine as well as the Totti reissue a week after. After a week or so I received a dispatch email both dispatched on the same day, Totti reissue arrived no problems but no sign of the Sampdoria issue. An email to them with no reply at all, seems to be a common theme. Really poor customer service which is a real shame. Update, no responses, nothing. Yet they continue to push up emails on upcoming products.

I wish I can attached screenshot of this business. Omar Saleem who owns this, is not a honest man. I purchased his magazine in December 2025 and it is now April 2026. I have not receive my order, the last update I had was “order on it way” which was in January 2026 but at last and behold. Omar has not been replying to my email for update. However he is busy posting stuff on his social and buying fake follower/comments.

If he actually make time delivering promise of giving customer their order instead leaving us high and dry. He has also been deleting comments of frustrated customer about their order update. That says a lot about him! Even if he has not deleted your comments, he will block you.

Advice to all football enthusiasts. AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!

Please make a report to 0808 223 1133, the more people call about this business will eventually stop Omar from stealing money from people

I ordered a magazine from them on January 5th and still have not received it. I have sent them a lot of emails and I have not received any response.

Ordered a digital copy of their magazine and an still waiting for an email to download the magazine.
I've emailed them multiple times during this month and no response.

Their customer service is shocking.

Har bestilt det seneste magasin for over 1 måned siden, men intet fået. Har skrevet til kundeservice flere gange, men intet svar. Og pengene er trukket.
Tidligere magasiner har jeg os skulle efterlyse, men nu svarer de slet ikke.

I ordered the Sporting CP magazine and had to change the delivery address: the customer support was top-notch. It arrived perfectly here in Lisbon. Everything was smooth and easy. And the magazine is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!

Tras haber pagado una descarga digital, semana de espera y 8 emails enviados sin respuesta, confirmo que son unos estafadores. Tras lo experimentado y leer que esto es una practica habitiual he denunciado a la unidad de delitos informáticos de España, esperando que esto sirva para que les bloqueen la página. Solicito a todos los afectados a que hagan lo mismo y denuncien en sus respectivos países. Hay que terminar con personas que se aprovechan de la buena voluntad de lectores para lucrarse.

Fantastic quality magazines, but a disgraceful customer service.
I signed up for the rolling subscription in April last year. I received the Villa, Atleti and Porto editions but had to chase them every time.
I have not received either the Sporting or Goalkeepers issues. I have been emailing them daily for the past month and no responses. Similarly I’ve tried messaging them via social media.
I note they’ve gone into administration so they’ve taken my money and run.

Ordered a magazine and a poster over a year ago. Magazine arrived but the poster never has. Have tried multiple times to contact them but no response. Would never order another thing from them again

The magazine is well written and a fantastic read but delivery and customer service are terrible. Ordered a magazine, paid for tracking but it never arrived. Contacted customer service several times to request the tracking number, received one reply but no tracking number. No further response received. This is the 2nd magazine out of my last 3 orders that didn't arrive. Stopped ordering them unfortunately.

Ordered the magazine. And graphics. By separate oreders. No sign of either of them. Chasing a refund,but not optimistic!!

Nice magazine and I’ve been a long time collector, but the customer service has been absolutely awful.

I never received the Francesco Totti issue despite multiple attempts to contact them. After repeated requests, they’ve simply chosen to ignore me, taking my money but not delivering the magazine.

I tried to resolve this politely and patiently, but I’ve been left with no choice but to give up.

It’s especially disappointing because I was just one issue away from completing my collection. Sadly, I’ll be boycotting the magazine going forward. A real shame, because the product itself is good but the support is non-existent so pray you don't have any issues.

Scam company, ordered early December, received confirmation but no item, no response from my emails to customer service and when I left a comment on their instagram they deleted it! Such a shame of a company, stealing money from customers

I ordered five magazines from These Football Times in October 2024 and paid £100 including shipping (Order TFT54868).
I received an order confirmation and a dispatch email but never received the items. No tracking information was provided and no delivery was attempted at my address.
I contacted the company several times over the following months asking for help, but received no response at all. Despite this, I continued to receive marketing emails from the same company.
After public pressure on social media, the seller briefly replied, claimed the order was untracked, and said they would contact Royal Mail. No proof of delivery, tracking reference, refund or replacement was ever provided, and communication stopped again.
I later found multiple similar complaints from other customers reporting the same pattern of non-delivery and lack of customer support.
To date, I have neither received the magazines nor been refunded. The matter has now been formally reported to Action Fraud UK.

If I could have given zero stars I would.
After ordering two weeks ago and receiving the confirmation email nothing has happened. No dispatch, no order update, no response to emails to customer service. Based on other reviews it seems a similar experience. I would avoid ordering from this company at all costs!
