Super speedy, Lovely selection of my fave Japanese foods. I'll be ordering again when you've got Melon Soda back in stock.

Always a pleasure shopping at the Secret Asia.
I shopped in-store and an item I really wanted (NEEDED) was out of stock. They messaged me later that day to say a delivery had just arrived and then they delivered it to me that evening!
You really can't get better service.

Great selection at good prices
Great selection at good prices, one disappointment though in that one item I ordered showed in stock and I paid for - was not - a quick refund was given, but if I had known in advance I could have ordered something else!

We are very sorry for responding to you late and for giving you a difficult experience. Our inventory is shared with other sales channels and we are ashamed to tell you but sometimes the numbers of the store inventory are not accurate. We will try to update our inventory as much as possible to provide our customers with accurate information. We really appreciate your patience and support.
