The Salon Suite Model Anmeldelser

Sway did a phenomenal job giving us her knowledge and advice on this life changing journey. I’m here with the flu and stayed for her whole seminar. I wasn’t able to participate with her mentorship.. but what I did get was very helpful and informative. I wish her continued success and hope to one day soon have the same experience and success. FW

I can't thank Sway the Pro and her team enough! I really enjoyed tonight's session because it was engaging, educational, and elaborate yet straightforward. I feel like I have key steps to help me get started. I felt seen and heard -- most people don't care how they pronounce my name, but Sway actually gave it a second thought. That says a lot about her as a person. From this one virtual encounter, I know that she is someone I look forward to learning from. As she stated, "I don't listen to people I wouldn't trade positions with!" Thank you for your willingness to serve and ensure we are all prepared for a successful launch into the beauty industry through salon suites ownership.

It was very engaging. Sway knows her numbers. My goal is to create therapy suites. However, after listening to Sway I do feel that salon suites are profitable and can help me get to my goal. Breaking it down into 3 steps really helped me to retain the information. Some of the questions she said ask I would not have thought of, like the AC mattering, licensing agreement, or having the owner pay some of the build out cost. It was captivating.

You were an awesome host. It’s clear to see that you love what you do and that you care about everyones’ success. Continue helping others reach their goal. Thank you for a great informative evening.

With Kind Regards,
Opal

I believe in this concept because I have worked in it for most of my 28 year cosmetology career. I register with most of the information given. The other information I heard for the first time. This is the message I needed to hear to take my business to the next level. Sway made me feel like I too can be a part of the 1%. I'm more than ready to lock in and I'm more than eager to get started immediately. I've already been trying to get off the ground with my own location for a while now. I truly believe that this is my time and with the right coach, I will succeed!

Attending Patrice “Sway” McKinney’s seminar about becoming a salon-suite landlord was an informative, empowering, and inspiring experience. I entered the seminar interested in the salon-suite business model, but I left with greater confidence and a stronger belief that ownership is an achievable goal.

What impressed me most was Patrice’s authenticity and energy. She shared her knowledge in a way that was honest, relatable, and easy to understand. She did not make the journey sound effortless; instead, she helped us recognize that becoming a successful salon-suite landlord requires preparation, discipline, patience, and a willingness to learn. Her approach made the information feel practical rather than overwhelming.

The seminar encouraged me to think beyond simply owning a building or renting individual suites. I gained a better understanding that a salon-suite landlord is also creating a professional environment where beauty entrepreneurs can operate, grow their businesses, and serve their clients. That perspective helped me see how this opportunity can generate income while also supporting other entrepreneurs and building something meaningful within the community.

Patrice’s passion was evident throughout the seminar. She created an atmosphere where questions were welcomed, possibilities felt real, and participants were encouraged to think bigger about their futures. Her confidence was contagious, and her transparency made me feel as though I was learning from someone who genuinely wanted others to succeed.

I left the seminar feeling motivated to research further, prepare myself financially, and take intentional steps toward becoming a salon-suite landlord. Patrice “Sway” McKinney did more than present information—she planted a seed of ownership and showed me that this dream can become a reality with the right knowledge, strategy, and determination. I am truly grateful for the experience and would highly recommend her seminar to anyone interested in entrepreneurship, real-estate ownership, or building a successful salon-suite business.

This event was very informative and I got a lot of valuable information from Sway. If you want to be a salon suites owner there is no better mentor than Sway the Pro. I look forward to becoming one of her students and opening my first salon suite in Houston, TX. Let’s Go!!!!

She is very thorough. Make sure you don’t miss the information she gives! I am so grateful to have attended and learned some new things and substantial knowledge and ways to make income I never knew that I could make or have access to. Thank you Sway for your hard work, dedication and commitment to helping others on this pathway to financial success!

Sway dropped gems, her testimony spoke volumes and not only did she express her passion she ignited a spark to motivate me to at least try…. Life is hard but we gotta choose our hard! Never take advice from people you wouldn’t trade places with was bars!!!!!! & yes Chat says she’s number 1 lol so that validated a lot and made me more confident joining her program!

It’s so amazing to see someone who is successful in an endeavor offering up free game to those who may be considering. I truly appreciate you taking the time on a Sunday to give us such valuable gems and insight into opening a salon suite for FREE!!! I learned way more than I thought and things I never even thought about! Thank you I will be following you and attending more trainings.

The presentation I attended tonight was absolutely outstanding. It opened my eyes to the incredible possibilities this opportunity offers, and I am truly inspired by how it has the potential to transform not just my own life, but the lives of so many other women as well.

The way she explained everything with no rush. Very knowledgeable and wants everyone to have a chance to make money. No gate keeping and she is really passionate about it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the salon suite masterclass call this evening. I’ve been apart of a few master classes and sway is very passionate and intentional about what she does and genuinely wants to see others succeed. It is truly admirable. Thank you again and I pray for continued blessings for everyone.

Sway has the most prophetic and inspiring energy ever! I've taken a few of these online free trainings where things are offered for purchase afterward, and this is the ONLY one that I truly felt the person behind it is honest, worthy and can truly change the lives of millions! I could feel through the screen the passion and energy she has embodied and was encouraged that I can do the same for myself. I am so grateful to have stumbled across her page and been able to attend the free live training, and I feel empowered to change my life every day from here on out because of it. My true takeaway from the live is to not take any of the negative circumstances life throws our way as defeat, but as motivation to dive in make the changes we want to see. Thank you Sway for everything that you do and everything that you are!

This zoom event was truly incredible, informative and amazing. I learned a lot about starting my own salon suites and what all it entails. Sway was very lively, friendly and gave helpful, useful and informative information. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking for financial freedom.

I was expecting some knowledge but instead I received more than I expected. As a Retiree I am excited to make this move. Thank you Sway for sharing this knowledge. I plan to prove to myself as a 68 year old that it is not to late to be a bigger Boss Lady than I already am.

This experience was amazing! Sway explained all information with so much beneficial detail. Sway was very personable and a great motivator. I truly believe in everything that was said and it makes me want to be apart of the salon suite business to transform my future for my children and I. Such a blessing to be apart of the live!

I appreciate the time that was taken out of Sways day to come and give me & others the opportunity to become the best versions of ourselves! The way she threw in positive affirmations in between the information was exactly one of the key things that stood out to me because a good mentor will motivate you aswell. Seeing it before you see it is something I try to live by but I don't want to just try anymore I want to put that into action ! For the past few months I have been stepping out on faith and I believe this could be my next big move ! The training was a hour and a half super informative and super simple to comprehend THANKYOU!

Im glad I got the chance to join the zoom call and gained some knowledge to becoming a salon suite owner. Although I couldnt make the payments for the extra classes, it was great to get some insights on how to go about making money in your sleep and the ins and out. God brought me here and one day im going to change my life for the better.

This gave me so much insight and inspiration! Although I couldn’t afford to enter the training at the moment, I am looking forward to my full circle moment. Thank you for the spark and motivation to bring my vision to past.
