I bought two beautiful products from The Roost.
Regrettably, there was a delay in the making of one of the products. This was completely out of their hands, and I must say, the way this was handled was excellent, in fact their customer service was a breath of fresh air.

Green and pink floral quilt
Friendly helpful company. Very pretty floral green and pink quilt. Had to wait a little longer for it but no problem, good communication and well worth it. Admired by all who've seen it. Well made and just perfect for my bedroom. Exactly as illustrated. A tad expensive but a joy to own.

Very reliable and easy to deal with
I ordered a Williams Yeoward cushion on the Roost website as firstly it was very competitively priced and secondly I liked the other products on offer online chosen tastefully from wide variety of unique brands. By mistake I was sent the wrong cushion which was promptly rectified when I emailed them and for the delay they gave the wrong cushion for free.The best thing about the company The Roost is that they are very quick with their response so online shoppers can be assured both about the quality and delivery of their products.

I couldn't flaw the customer service…
I couldn't flaw the customer service one bit. Unfortunately the towel that i bought wasn't a match for me (gorgeous but just not what i had in mind- my fault), but the customer service here has made me want to buy something else as they were very understanding and was a very seamless process. Thanks so much guys!

Excellent service
I ordered a mustard made floating shelf. The communication and service was excellent. Unfortunately the shelf was damaged but Will emailed me straight back, his service was top class. Received a new shelf within a few days. Recommends this company.
