Very quick and professional service from start to finish. A lovely man knocked on my door, he was very knowledgeable and knew the product, I thought I’ll book the appointment to see about my options. Laurence visited my home and presented the product with ease, he made us feel
comfortable within his approach, we decided on placing a order. Once this was confirmed the fitting team arrived on schedule and completed the job with no fuss. I would recommend this company.

I was initially impressed with the quote we received for a solar installation – the price seemed reasonable, and the salesperson appeared knowledgeable. However, I raised a concern about installing batteries and an inverter in the loft, as this could breach best practices and may even violate future guidelines.

The salesperson confidently dismissed my concerns, claiming there were no such guidelines and that they regularly install these components in lofts. Despite his reassurances, I decided to do my own research after he left, and what I found was alarming: there are industry guidelines advising against loft installations due to safety concerns. There’s even a possibility this could become legislation, which might affect insurance coverage.

This raised significant red flags for me, and I decided to cancel the installation to allow more time for research. Under the terms and conditions, I was entitled to a refund of my deposit. Unfortunately, this is where the company’s true colors began to show.

I left a voicemail requesting the refund, but received no response.
I submitted a web message, again with no response.
After calling several days later, I finally got through to someone who said refunds are only processed on Fridays – an odd policy, but I waited.
Friday came and went with no refund. When I followed up on Monday, I was told the refund had already been issued, but apparently to a completely different name! The person I spoke to assured me they would "sort it out," but here I am, still waiting. Today is Tuesday, and once again, I’m met with nothing but voicemail.

This level of incompetence is shocking. If this is how they handle something as straightforward as a refund, I can’t help but question their reliability when it comes to installations. Are they cutting corners? Are their practices even safe?

If you’ve had them install anything in your home, I strongly recommend hiring a qualified electrician to inspect the work for safety and compliance.

I sincerely hope this company resolves my refund soon, and I will update this review with any progress. For now, though, I can only advise others to steer clear of this company.

We had Solar panels installed by this company, the installation went fine as this was done by another company, The after care however is Awful, we have an issue with our self sufficiency and it shows as zero on 3 different apps, trying to get somebody to come back and check the system has been Impossible, countless calls and txt's to Aaron and nothing has come to fruition just empty promises so now off to Trading standards

Once they had taken my deposit they said they'd be in touch. 10 days later:- nothing. So I phoned to see what was going on & they prevaricated. So I canceled & asked for my deposit back. Over a month later & now I'm having to consider legal action to get my money back. 1 star is too high a rating!

From Pete coming round to do the survey and talking us through the options to the installation itself was such a smooth process. Everything was communicated and we was not pressured into any options at all. The price was the best we could find on the market. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone that wants solar panels fitted.

The company provided everything they said they would. They arrived at exactly the time they said they would. The three young men were happy, respectful and so hard working.
They installed 12 panels in the day and left everything spotless. We were delighted with their service.

We were impressed with the Company and more to the point the two installers of the system. The weather on the day was atrocious but their work ethic was amazing and the resulting installation was very good.
They only stopped for lunch.
The company is highly recommended.
