These guys installed my solar panels and batteries earlier this year and I cannot recommend them enough. They did exactly what they said they would, to the timescale they stated and the cost they quoted, top guys from project manager to installer.

Really good company that are very professional staff and keen to help. They always answered the phone and and answered any questions.

The quote from ThermoProtect for my 8KW PV and 12KW battery was unbelievably competitive I took quotes from ten other companies and ThermoProtect was by a long way the best price. I paid the deposit and the panels were delivered a few days later. The installation team was smart and professional and the work was completed in one day. There was a problem with one battery and an electrician came back to sort this out promptly and replaced the internet cable. Unfortunately, the company did not register the system with the DNO correctly and after many months of waiting, I contacted the DNO myself and was told that they had no record of my systems commissioning. I informed Morton at Thermo Protect of what the DNO said and the next day he sorted all of the paperwork out correctly and the DNO sent out the letter by lunchtime. I recommend you use this company as they are easy to deal with and any problems are quickly resolved. I would certainly use them again myself.

Excellent service. We had loft insulation installed in what was a fast, simple and cost effective process. ThermoHome contacted us after we had made an enquiry and they came out the next day to complete the job. Friendly, slick and professional

After a slow start ( not their fault) as demand is high.
Panels now installed and although the weather is poor already seeing some imput into the batteries.
The two installers were very polite and hard working, and helpful with questions that I asked.
All things considered a good company to go with, very pleased.

I signed a agreement contract for my cavity wall insulation and to pay 30% deposit This company needs to start this job next week but unfortunately they didn't contact me atholl
After 3 weeks I start to be afraid because still nobody contacted my and I start to calls them but all the time was telling me.
We will call you in an hour, the manager is not available either I had no results and I started talking only written by email or text messages to gather evidence I asked her for the deposit and finally after a week of stress I managed to receive my 30% deposit
I know it's ridiculous to be happy when you get your money back 😃 but this company It's like in the Wild wild West
If you don't want to have an unpleasant experience like mine and have so many headaches, avoid this company.
