false advertising
I was looking for a desktop computer. The one I wanted on the company website had a photo of the computer and a wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. On the product description, it did not say: wireless mouse and keyboard NOT included. When the desktop arrived, there was no wireless keyboard or mouse. I thought this was false advertising. I contacted the company, who quickly replied, but with no apology, or admission of misleading advertising. They offered a wired mouse and keyboard, but would not send wireless ones, which is what I thought I had ordered

It isn't too good to be true
Honest well laid out website. I've bought two renewed products from these guys, both of them have exceeded expectation. Then ordered via their website and despite my toing and froing and being beyond cutoff for next day delivery, these chaps managed to get the machine (new Dell Latitude 3420) to me next day. The quality is great being myself an IT Pro.
The only thing is the spacebar its not responding well? Have to press a bit harder.
