Such a disappointing service again from Ref Stop. They are asking for a review of a product I still haven’t received which cost less than the P&P. I honestly don’t know why I gave them another chance?

We can confirm that your order was placed at 4pm and dispatched from us at 6am the following morning, well within a 24-hour period.
Once the parcel leaves us, it is in Royal Mail’s hands and the delivery timeframe is unfortunately out of our control.
