The Recliner Store Anmeldelser

Gary work through with me my requirements for a chair and then guided me through the permutations/options that were available. He was clear and concise and set expectations for me on delivery, which were spot on . A good product delivered on time and has met all my needs a rarity in today’s world. Why only 4 stars ...... it needs to prove durability.

Gary made the whole experience of shopping at The Recliner Store a pleasure. Highly recommended.

Super reliable, great communication and smooth process with delivery… what more could you ask for!

Gary is a real pro in his trade and I will be back for sure when needed.

Thank you Gary for all of your help in finding me the perfect replacement riser recliner for my father and confirming delivery timescales which were so important to us. It arrived as planned yesterday. At a time of lots going on in care needs you helped solve a problem, thank you so much.

From the first call to the last, Gary has been a mine of information and helpfulness. Everything went smoothly with one minor exception (and it was our fault) that we thought the sofa arm covers we bought as an extra were missing when in fact they were already on and looked almost invisible. I would certainly recommend The Recliner Store but in particular Gary, Thank you.

Gary was friendly and helpful from our initial enquiry through to the end. He arranged a time for us to visit the wee showroom and was patient with my dad trying the chairs lots of times. He explained our options really clearly and made the whole process super easy. We are more than happy with Dad’s chair.

Accommodating, local personal service.
Honest description of choice of products enabled me to choose the right chair for my mother-in-law at a very reasonable price.
Highly recommend.

This was a highly professional experience from first enquiry about fabric swatches to the delivery day. The power recliner we bought is excellent - makes life so much easier - and Gary was great to deal with at every stage. Thank you, Philippa T

Excellent service from Gary and his team. Lovely to deal with and a great help choosing the right chair. Delivery excellent - kept in touch and made sure everything was in place and working

Good qualit friendly installers very efficent, and very good price

I was able to talk to someone about my order who was very helpful. When delivered the chairs were carefully brought into the house and all wrapping taken away.

Unprofessional company!
We ordered a controller for a chair and they took the order via Amex on the online chat system (we spoke with a person rather than the chatbot). The controller was due after 3 days but nothing arrived within the week. We called and left a message and finally got through to find that they don't take Amex so the order had fallen into a black hole. They said had we not called they would never have known they had the order. They sorted the issue and sent the controller but to the wrong address, picking up my address from the Amex card rather than the address we had given. We phoned to ask them to cover the postage to send to the correct address and they said they couldn't be bothered and put the phone down. Suggest you avoid this unprofessional company.

I recently purchased a leather rise and recline chair from this company and the whole experience was excellent.I received my chair within 2 weeks so was very pleased with that. The quality of the chair is excellent and comfortable. The delivery was on time as quoted. So I can highly recommend this company.

The wires in the handset for dads chair broke, I called and sent photos of the label as we had no idea what to get.
The service was great, quickly identifying which handset we needed and posting straight away.
Great service, thanks

Brad and Glen arrived spot on time and delivered, set up and cleared rubbish in less than 30 minutes. A brilliasnt service, well done!

We’ve just received our recliner chair from thereclinerstore.co.uk, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The service was excellent from start to finish—easy to order, great communication, and timely delivery.

As for the chair itself—it’s fantastic! Really well-made, incredibly comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. My mother is absolutely delighted with it, which makes it all the more worthwhile.

If you’re thinking about buying a recliner, I’d highly recommend this company. Great products and even better service!

Great service and the armchair is lovely and very well made and delivered on time.
Good quality product.

We were able to discuss with the very experienced & knowledgeable owner the types of chairs available, their functions, the materials & colours available. The leather chair we purchased is perfect for my elderly parent’s needs & fits beautifully with their existing furniture.

Excellent customer service by Gary. He was Knowledgeable, friendly and always did as he promised which is very rare these days. Would recommend his company.

I called the company for advice on the best recliner chairs to purchase for us. I had an idea but wanted to double check before I ordered. I spoke to Gary, he was so helpful and knowledgeable and I didn’t hesitate to order with the company. Gary said the chairs would be delivered in 5 weeks and they were. The delivery company kept me informed of the delivery date and time and were spot on. They fitted the chairs together and demonstrated how to use them. The chairs are perfect for our requirements, they look good and are very comfortable. I would not hesitate in recommending Gary and his company, quite honestly you’d be daft if you went anywhere else!
