Quick and competitively priced
Aaron gave us a quote within a few hours of emailing him. Allowed us to wait until our mortgage offer was secured before proceeding (as we had had some difficulties with this). Once instructed he was at the house we are buying within less than a week, called us that afternoon to go through everything and sent the document less than 24 hours later. He was easy to work with and liaised with our estate agent / seller to gain access making the process much easier for us. Compared to other quotes we received Aaron was competitive.

We’re very pleased we went with the Real Estate Group for our survey. Aaron was very efficient and responded to all queries quickly. He was able to explain things clearly and after the survey, gave us a call on the day to discuss how it all went and we received the full report the following day. The report was very thorough and extensive and we’re now very comfortable in moving forward with our purchase. Many thanks Aaron!

Aaron Danel is a very knowledgeable with passion for his job surveying
Aaron Danel, the surveyor is a nice friendly guy, with passion for his work. He made me feel I chose the right surveyor for surveying the Bungalow I am looking to buy.
After he had carried out the survey, he rang me to say he is sending the report
over by email. He wanted to explain a couple of concerning points he picked up, before I read the report. I am so glad he did ring first, as I think I would have been upset reading from his findings.
I rang Aaron back a couple days later, to go over the report again, so I could ask questions to put my mind at ease. Aaron was so helpful, and took his time to go through this with me.

Property survey - highly recommend
Aaron carried out our survey and was very efficient and responsive throughout the process. As soon as the survey had been completed, Aaron called me to confirm any initial areas to flag, followed by a full, detailed report (received within less than 24 hours) identifying where further investigation and action are needed.
