There.Travel Anmeldelser

This is another really good review of there.travel.
I have booked a trip of a lifetime to Canada, via Jake. Extremely competitive price even beating other agencies who have to resort to using former tv presenters to get you to trust them.

Jake and his team have been great when booking holidays for both myself and my parents.
They have always saved us money compared to big companies, and were great communicating with and helping my parents who were less experienced travelling.

Booked a last minute trip to New York City through Chloe of There.Travel.

Lots of options offered, balanced at best quality for my budget. Comparing with other package operators including some big house hold names showed a good 10-15% saving which went a long way for spending money on the trip.

Chloe was great and easy to deal with, with no issues to report. Have used since and will use again.

Fantastic experience every single time I have dealt with the team at There. Timely replies, honest opinions and all in all a great attitude to a team that love the work they do!
Before going to the big brands, always check in with independent agents like these guys as they can save you so much money and put in all the hard work in making the perfect experience for you!

Have just returned from a holiday that was booked last year.
I always say the measure of a company is how they deal with issues once your business has been secured:
My booking was affected by the war in Middle East. Totally beyond most peoples control.
The team at There Travel kept me updated and informed throughout whilst they liaised with the Hotel Operator, airlines etc. The holiday went ahead, and I have to say I found was exceptional value for money.
All was great and am looking forward to the next holiday I have booked with them.
Would recommend. Give this fledgling business a chance!

Great experience. Jake really went all out to give me the best experience! Will 100% use again!

I have booked multiple holidays with There Travel, I had also booked several holidays with Jake at his previous business and have always had exceptional service. I have booked cruises, multi—city breaks and beach holidays and have never had an issue with any of them, any small errors have been rectified immediately and confirmations and receipts sent promptly. Communication is always excellent and I will never again book my holidays with anyone else. Thanks There Travel!

Excellent friendly service. Attentive at all times and happy to deal with my numerous changes.

Top notch experience with the guys from There Travel. Planned a Birthday surprise from start to finish. Thank you so much.

Appalling lack of communication and still awaiting promised refund - I quote from Col Ord’s email of 22nd March 2026 (nearly two years after initial booking!!!): “Please provide me with your bank details and we will process a cash refund for the total amount lost at £228.30. Once we have your details, which will need to be Sort Code, Account Number and full name the refund can take up to 14 days to process. I will submit it to our accounts team as soon as I get your details so realistically should be by the end of the week.”

Yet again you have made promises you do not keep. How you stay in business is totally beyond me! 😡

Jake booked a mini break for my friend and I in London to see ABBA voyage. Booking was very easy. Hotel was lovely,

An amazing swift friendly experience. Jake

My absolute go-to now when booking a Virgin Voyages cruise 🤩 Col is super attentive and has all of the advice and help you could ever need. Also has the magic ability of getting nice little extras sorted for you that you can’t get when booking on your own. Would recommend to anyone, don’t book a cruise without him!

Where do I start other then WOW

I was blown away by Col from There Travel who went above and beyond in sorting a big family holiday out. Col listened to everything we desired and found us the perfect holiday, with over a £900 saving from what TUI was offering!

I’ve never used travel agencies before and always booked direct, but that is certainly a thing of the past now after using There Travel! Never booking elsewhere again.

Booked my cruise with Col. Such s lovely guy. Booking was easy to do and Col was so helpful with all aspects of the holiday. Also booked the flight at a great price too. Thank you so much.

I recently booked a cruise with Colin, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Colin was there every step of the way, offering invaluable advice and friendly support. His expertise and dedication ensured that we had plenty of special opportunities to make the most out of our trip.

The booking process was super easy, and Colin was always just a message away to answer any questions or make adjustments. It’s rare to find someone so committed to ensuring everything goes smoothly, and Colin truly went above and beyond.

Fantastic service, professional service. Jake was brilliant would definitely recommend and the holiday was a great price to x

What a comfortable experience booking our Goa holiday with Jake. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and what he doesn't know, he finds out quickly and instils confidence when spending our hard earned money. As an ex travel agent, I will definitely be booking with There.Travel again.

Jake has previously booked many of my holidays without a problem and always finds me the best deals and prices, so without a doubt I followed him to There Travel. I have booked another holiday this morning through Jake and I couldn’t have asked for anymore from a travel agent! Can’t wait to get THERE!
Thank you very much, would recommend and will be booking again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
