Therapy Nests is a child development and therapy centre located in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi. We support children aged 2 to 16 through personalised therapy, early learning and developmental support in a safe, welcoming and child-friendly environment. Our services include speech therapy, behaviour therapy, occupational therapy, remedial therapy, Individualised Education Plans (IEPs), preschool and day care. Each child is supported according to their individual communication, learning, sensory, behavioural and developmental needs. At Therapy Nests, we believe parents should remain involved in their child’s progress. Our sessions are appointment-based and primarily conducted one-to-one, with parent observation available where appropriate. Families receive regular guidance, progress updates and practical strategies they can continue using at home. Our team supports children experiencing speech delay, unclear speech, limited vocabulary, difficulty forming sentences, poor attention, frequent tantrums, challenging behaviour, sensory difficulties, learning challenges and difficulty following instructions. We focus on helping children improve their communication, confidence, independence, social interaction, emotional regulation and school-readiness skills. Therapy Nests is led by Filza Khan, an experienced speech therapist with more than six years of professional practice. Our goal is to provide transparent, compassionate and structured support under one roof, while helping parents better understand their child’s development. We welcome families from Bahria Town Phase 7, Bahria Town Phase 8, DHA Phase 1, Zaraj Housing Society and nearby areas of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
