Still waiting for my refund!
It's now 1 week and I still await being refunded for a cancelled order. How long does it really take to hit that refund button? PATHETIC!!!

I have spoken to Amazon who unfortunately cannot help us on this occasion, they are unable to open a case on this unless the review is on the Amazon website, driven by a marketplace order. If you are able to raise this on their platform they will be able to assist as I'm afriad there is nothing we can do to access their platform. Please let me know if I can be of assistance. I have emailed and messaged but not heard back.
