Unhelpful and slow customer service, refusal to cancel order despite giving plenty of notice. (Claiming when it’s gone to the warehouse department it can’t be changed or cancelled.) I selected 24 tracked mail but only received partial items. Claiming the others had be sent but wouldn’t give me a tracking order, stated that it was unavailable. I asked them not to send order so I didn’t have to pay for postage costs to return. I was told to refuse the order. Even tho it clearly hasn’t been sent. I won’t be buying from these again or their sister company essence80 London

No customer service and no delivery !
I purchased 3 candles on the 21st of December under the impressions I would receive my order in time for Xmas as I paid extra £6.95 for next day delivery . it's now Xmas Eve and I have not received my items or had an email to say that it’s been dispatched! I've emailed them time and time again but not one reply back and especially Around the Christmas period you really shouldn’t lie to your customers on false delivery expectations!
So now I am currently £59 out of pocket,3 Christmas presents down and extremely frustrated that I can’t get in contact with anyone from customer services.like I said I have tried email, social media and their online form!
Extremely disappointing and I will not be purchasing from this store again!!!!!!! And I will be reporting them to trading standards

Ordered Christmas presents on 17th December expecting dispatch on the 18th, as promised by the website. No dispatch email by 21st so I emailed to query it. I was told that my order had been dispatched on time, and even told that the tracking said it was out for delivery! On the 22nd I finally got a dispatch email, with Royal Mail tracking confirming that they had not yet received the items - they're now due to arrive on 27th December, too late for Christmas.

I wouldn't mind so much if the company had just admitted that they were overwhelmed with orders and running late, or had made a mistake. But to be lied to is totally unacceptable.

I placed an order on Wednesday 20th December at 1pm. It stated that all orders placed before 3pm would be dispatched the same day and that delivery would be 1-2 working days. I therefore expected an email stating that my order had been dispatched that day and expected my order to arrive by Friday 22nd or Saturday 23rd at the latest. My order has not arrived nor have I received an email stating that it has even been dispatched. This is not acceptable. It is christmas and it is safe to say that the majority of customers placing orders will be purchasing gifts. If you cannot keep up with the demand, please make that clear before consumers part with their money in exchange for no gifts to give to their loved ones.

Items for Xmas should have been posted on 18th. Order sat as 'partial'. When enquiring on the 20th, received the automated 'Your items have been sent, Royal Mail is busy.' They hadn't even been shipped! Next day received despatch email but recipient is now out of the country. Not happy.

Ordered two candles from this company on Saturday 16th December and they still haven't arrived (21st Dec). Emailed the company to ask where they were and they responded saying that they had been dispatched to Royal Mail and the problem was with them. Is it a coincidence that the same day I emailed them, I received an update from royal mail saying that the company had advised them it had been dispatched, however RM still haven't received the item. Seems a bit fishy to me. The website states that all orders are dispatched the day after ordering, but this is clearly not true. If they had been honest about their dispatch times then I wouldn't have ordered from them, but looking at other reviews I guess this company likes to take advantage of people to make more money at this time of year. Have requested a refund if the items do not arrive before Christmas, which I'm not holding out much luck for.

I bought a crystal water bottle from this company and the one that I recieved was nothing like the one that I had ordered, even the bottom of the bottle was a different colour to the one on the photo shown on their website, and the bottle itself was a cheap plastic copy.
I was told by a lady called Courtney, that the product and the crystals they sent to me, were correct and were exactly as I had seen them on the photo, just smaller pieces. Unless there is something wrong with your eyesight, that is a completely ridiculous statement to make as the colours of the stones were totally different to the ones that were shown on their website; if you could see the photos of them both, you would see what I mean.

First time buyer. I bought a crystal apple and a much cheaper tower. When the package arrived, all that was inside was the tower. I emailed about it and they said they'd send me another one. No more details after that, no tracking number, nothing. Then they send me an email asking me to review my purchase. I did, stating that I never received the apple. I get a reply saying they "can confirm" the apple is on its way - twice - and the fault is with the Royal Mail. Meanwhile, I also get another email saying they're only packing my order now, and have discovered they no longer have the apple in stock. They will send the "rest of my order", which will be a trick because I already have the rest of my order - the tower - and would I like a refund for the apple or would I like to choose something else. Remember, they've also told me it's already on its way. Quite an amazing apple, this. I replied saying I would like a refund. I have heard nothing since - no refund, no tracking number for this apple that may or may not already be on its way, no response at all. First time buying from this place and it will be my last, I don't know what's going on over there, and by the looks of things, neither do they.

My daughter purchased an item last wednesday so far royal mail just says they are expecting my item from the shop we messaged courtney via the website she stated a replacement would be sent out then in a further email told me to wait a few more days i understand there mabe delays but according to royal mail the shop still has the item in their possession its not even been accepted into their network even last Christmas with the strikes we still got our items within 4 days i think its put me off making any future orders

Psychic Tree products are very low quality. First I ordered a black obsidian tumble stone and they sent me what appeared to be a piece of glass/a different unknown crystal; it initially appeared black but was translucent when held up to the light. I queried this and rather than explain what had happened, I received a very brief email just saying they'd send me another one, which has not yet turned up. Then, the six essential oils that I ordered as Christmas gifts were either absolutely acrid or completely 'flat', but all unpleasant and didn't smell how they should. The Sandalwood essential oil smelled of ammonia/urine and turned my stomach to smell it, which was a real shame as real Sandalwood is one of my favourites. The Scot's Pine smelled nothing of pine (which is generally quite a strong smell), and the Frankincense was totally flat, smelled of nothing - and I also had trouble getting it out of the bottle without removing the drip nozzle completely. Seriously do not buy essential oils from Psychic Tree! I'm now questioning whether the previous crystals I bought from them are legit, too...

Also, the bottle labels were poorly applied and their ink ran and has stained one of my hands. Just all round poor quality products. I'd upload a picture of the state of them if there was a mechanism to do so...

I don’t know where to start with this fantastic company. I ordered so crystal chips. On opening the parcel I had pins and needles running down my spine I have never purchased stones that made me feel electric. I have so many friends having such terrible times right now. I want to be able to help/heal them in a different way. Even though I’m not the most experienced I know I can pull something together that can assist my loved ones x

The candle is a Christmas present so obviously hasn’t been opened yet but I am very happy with the excellent service I received from you. I’m sure the recipient will be thrilled with the candle

Bought some crystal packs as gifts. Delivery was really quick with notifications issued every step of the way.

First experience of buying crystals online, I usually go to my local shop but needed some specific items which I could not get in store. The crystals themselves are nice however they were packed with a complete lack of care and respect. Having ordered a number of tumblestones and rough crystals and an amethyst angel I was disappointed to open a thin layer of bubble wrap to find they had all been thrown in loosely together with no other protective packaging causing the rougher crystals to have scraped against the others and the angels head had broken off. This was replaced quickly however it's left a feeling that they don't actually care about the crystals. I'll be sticking to my local shop in future.

Excellent service as always & the quality is superb. Ideal for gifting, especially this time of year. Comes beautifully boxed, all that is needed is a bow. The recipient will just love it, as much as I do. Highly recommended ☯️
