It took 3 weeks for them to ship the…
It took 3 weeks for them to ship the dress out. When it finally gets to the US from China they deliver it to a whole different City which is 45 minutes away. Because I added time after looking at the reviews I asked them to send me another one while they're trying to retrieve the one that was shipped incorrectly. They denied that request and told me I would have to wait till the dress returns to their warehouse before they can resend it. I can only reorder it and pay for it again or requested a refund.

A lovely quality, well made dress, which was, sadly, too short for me, and the style didn't quite suit. Arrived well packaged. Communications good and delivery and returns procedures were efficient and easy. Will use this company again.

Good Value Beautiful Dresses
I ordered 2 different dresses in different sizes for a friends wedding in the hope one would fit. Both dresses were lovely and good quality. I kept one and returned the other.
You do have to pay the return postage yourself and the refund took about 10 days after the parcel was delivered.
In spite of this I will definitely order again in future and recommend the Pretty Dress Co.

ACHTUNG Lieferung in die Schweiz kostet zusätzlich 60Fr. !
Die Schuhe sind super schön.
Leider ist die Lieferung in die Schweiz ein Witz.
Ich habe insgesamt 69 Franken draufgezahlt. Einmal MwSt. in Italien und einmal in der Schweiz. Obwohl ich nur in der Schweiz MwST. zahlen müsste. Brador wollte jedoch nicht die Italienischen MwST. zurück Zahlen. Für den Versand bezahlte ich bei Brador 20 Euro und erhielt dennoch von UPS eine zusätzliche Rechnung über 25 Euro, die ich erneut für den Versand bezahlen musste.
Die Schuhe sind schön, aber ich bestelle NIE WIEDER.

Size up small
Ordered 3 dresses, which arrived today. They look well made & are lined & great colours. Unfortunately the sizing is too small for me - I am a standard M&S size 10, but these size 10 dresses were definitely too small (tight on the upper arms and could not do up the zips). I’ll try the size 12, but advise sizing up.
