The Poles & Blinds Outlet Anmeldelser

Ordered a pole and made sure I read the desperation as I wanted one complete pole without any joints. Well it came in two parts. I emailed to arrange collection only to be told I would have to pay the carriage. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as it’s clear this company doesn’t make it easy for you to return items. So, I’m left with a pole I will never use as it’s not cost effective to return it.

prompt delivery and goods in excellent condition on arrival. Good follow up service after placing my order.

Poor tried to call to find diameter of rings no answer rings to fit 16/19cm pole they are far too big and complete waste of money and postage is it worth me returning for refund?

Bought some finials.
Good price, prompt delivery, not top but reasonable quality

Had a slight issue with our hold packs but sorted very quickly. Excellent communication and full refund given the same day! Totally recommend and would definitely use them again for those reasons.

Received order on time. Everything in order and good quality

The product I ordered was just as advertised. it arrived when it was due value for money.

This was my second order - totally reliable, my order was dealt with quickly and arrived a couple of days later. No negatives whatsoever.

Easy to navigate site good prices and fast delivery

Customer service was good.
My only grievance is that it's not clear when buying the complete pole set, showing finials, that finials are not included.

Totally Happy shopping experience

finally - a company that had in stock items they were selling on their website. good to deal with, good communication and poles arrived safely. thanks.

Super speedy service and the item in first clss order.

Great quick delivery perfect match for curtain pole.

Great all round experience, ordering was straightforward our order was sent out quickly and arrived in perfect condition. We would definitely buy again

Delivery was fairly swift. Poles arrived with screw/raw plugs that were entirely wrong and unsuitable for the job so had to use own. Linking section to expandable poles was badly made - chrome discoloured and mottled and didn’t fit easily. Needed lots of manual strength to squeeze them tight. Also, poles quite thin and eyelet curtains slide off the back on simple cap model. Chrome pole very difficult to saw so really need the correct equipment. We tried three and ended up borrowing one off our builder and even that didn’t cope very well. Once up, poles look nice though.

Right colour and style, good value for money and well packaged

We received the wrong blind with tape instead of string and brilliant white colour instead of off white.
Unfortunately we realized after we cut it to fit
