Not recommending them. Ordered a PSA 10 Candice 60$ and recieved A PSA 8 Perrin 10$. Takes them a long time respond, even more time to solve the issue (at the time of writing not solved) (living 1 hour away from their store). Posted on Romanian Pokemon Facebook groups and it seems its so common that they send you lower priced cards or half of the items you ordered (for the full price) that it makes me believe its intentional.

For reference, to get something delivered to an adress 1 hour away from their store it took 14 april -> 21th april when on the site its advertised as "1-2 days"

Pre-ordered a significant quantity of Phantasmal Flames products (€1000+) 1,5 month ago.

Throughout the period waiting for my order to be shipped, I’ve been in contact with the team several times. They could, in their own words “almost 100%” guarantee delivery as they had received “firm” commitment from their distributor.

Today I received an e-mail stating my entire order was cancelled and received a 25 RON (approx €5) constellation prize as compensation 😂

After bringing this situation up with the team through WhatsApp, I was offered 3 Booster Boxes and 5 ETB’s. I have no need for ETB’s and I’m not paying €60+ shipping for just 3 Booster Boxes. Might aswell buy locally then.

In short, communication with the team was okay, but failing to deliver on promises on each front; some fundamental things going wrong here. Either untrustworthy distributor, pre-selling way too much or just using pre-order funds for purchasing new stock.

As icing on the cake, the 25 RON compensation felt like a slap in the face. Never again buying here for pre-orders. Extremely disappointed.
