The Pin Factory Anmeldelser

Speedy postage. Great product.

UPDATE: after the below information posted (which was a Customer Satisfaction link sent by The Pin Factory to me) - they contacted me immediately, and apologized for the issue experience. The Pin Factory then sent replacement for all the faulty pins (offered to replace the entire order). It's easy to provide good service when all goes to plan. The follow up and response to my issue was First Class. Changing my review by Update from 2 Stars to 5 Stars
Hi. The lapel-pins purchased looked great. However more than half had bent pins on the back, to the point of being unusable. The securing collars will not grip. Some we tried to straighten, snapped the pin off at the base. We ordered many more than we needed for our staff who attend trade shows, thinking we could gift them. We barely managed enough for our staff. Due to the low value ($) of the order, I didn't take time to contact supplier to chase a resolution. Thank you for sending the Feedback email. I purchased two Australian flag pin badges and it would seem the pins which secure the badge to the shirt/tie or jacket are positioned too low. Consequently the weight of the badge makes it turn positioning the flag upside down.

Online ordering was a breeze; super fast delivery; and the product we ordered (Pride Unity pins) were high quality and beautifully made.

Pins came quickly and quality was fine

I bought two pins several weeks ago: The Ukraine Flag and the Israel Flag. They cost approx $5 for the two (very reasonable) but the postage was approx. $15..!
Total weight was only several grams..!
When they arrived the images were perfect, without blemish, however the pin and pin on the Ukraine badge was bent almost horizontal and the pin-lock looked as though it had been crushed and didn't work at all..!
I brought this to the attention of the Pin Factory almost straight away, requesting a replacement.
The Pin Factory have not responded and neither have I received a replacement pin.
I would like to offer a higher score than I have, but under the circumstances I can't.

Fast service - we received the samples within a few days of ordering.

The teams from other countries received the pins well.

Ordered a large qty of coins and submitted a design. Design mock up looked great. However end product looked nothing like design. Colours different and lines added which took away true design. Product quality also poor with paint peeling away. Communication ceased by vendor or complaint.

Outstanding service and quick turnaround for our custom medals. Their design service was excellent, producing the medal from our logo and some design requirements. Would highly recommend.

Amazing service, very prompt and great communication every step of the way.

Great communication, fast delivery, amazing ribbon!

Responsive design and quote process, Good price and fast fulfilment of the order.

Fantastic response service at every level and a good quality product.

Responsive to all enquiries, helpful and very trustworthy. They ensured I got the best result for my design!

Product arrive 10 days late despite following recommendation on your website to inform staff about the event date for which the product is required. No option for express processing was offered at the time. Product is now a stranded asset

The finished products are EXCELLENT.
However, we have already found quite a few defective ones, such as logo upside down etc

Not a massive drama, as we can expect a few defects in a large order.

Fast quote, fast turnaround, great communication, very good end product

Received our order in great time, service was good.

Delivery as per agreed event deadline was not met
