I'm not happyy

Angie paid attention and was patient enough to explain and, walk me through 2 different brand/product lines.

She was knowledgeable, friendly and focused.

I bought some perfume click and collect all 3 times I have been left waiting hours for a pick up confirmation email customer service online said there's nothing they can do as the store is closed id have to wait till tomorrow mind you this was 4 30pm and the store is open till 7pm refund I got no confirmation email and had to contact customer service again then they said I'd have to wait 24 hours for a email other shops like superdrug send your confirmation as soon as u return the item this shopping experience has put me off for sure now ever using perfume shop again even if they do do some really good deals

Sener has been so pleasant and has great customer service service skills either good mannerisms.

I went to go get my daughter perfume and I was served by Angie. She was so amazing and helpful. She recommended some really nice fragrances and she did it all with a lovely smile. Great employee, she should get a raise as she's really helpful. A definite asset to the company.

Today i visited the perfume shop in wood green and the Customer service i received from Kali was outstanding she was very patient and willing to help and explain how to use my account and she helped me pick out a nice perfume for a gift. Really made my experience better overall and she went above an beyond to make sure I was alright.

The girls helping us were lovely, very patient and helpful, and answered all questions. Overall was a very easy and nice experience.
