Thank you, Lisa
I came in store today, as I wanted to enquire about new aftershaves which had recently been released. Lisa was extremely helpful, patient and attentive. I purchased a few travelo pods, with recommended fragrances from Lisa, and will definitely be back to purchase the full sizes. Thank you, Lisa!

Wrong Prada perfume delivered
I bought a prada perfume refill for a birthday present. I was unaware that there are a few varieties which are packaged very similar. Consequently I bought the wrong one. I was told over the telephone I could return what I had bought and then they would be able to order the right perfume. Another refil bottle was ordered and arrived next day. The same wrong refil was delivered!
I made another journey into town. Went to Boots next door who had all three different varieties including the one requested. Bought it and returned the other bottle to your store for a refund as they couldn't order the right perfume as it was out of stock.

Svar fra The Perfume Shop - Wolverhampton 44
Hello Maureen,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am sincerely sorry to hear about the experience you had when trying to purchase the correct Prada refill for your birthday gift.
I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after you had already contacted our team for support and then received the same incorrect refill again. I appreciate the additional time and effort this caused, including having to make another journey into town to resolve the matter.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams to help us review how we can improve the experience we provide to our customers.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.
Kind regards,
Jasmyn
