Rose and Elena were extremely helpful…
Rose and Elena were extremely helpful with my indecisive choice. They were patient and offered me their opinions which helped me secure the perfect fragrance for my daughter’s aunty. I have left after receiving such genuine and personal customer service. I will most definitely revisit and hope to be served by the both of them.

Worst costumer service at the shop…
Worst costumer service at the shop westfield and also support team did worse. I was denied discount on blue light when i contacted the support team they asked me to go back to store and they will give me partial refund but when i went back the team refused to give discount even though i showed them emails from their support. I paid parking charges and fuel to get back their when again i reached their support they repeated same thing to go back to store. First they denied discount then they offered partial discount and even that was not given. Wasted my time and money

Hello Malik,
I am truly sorry to hear about your experience at our Westfield store, this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to be asked to return to the store multiple times without receiving the discount you were entitled to, especially having incurred parking and fuel costs.
I have personally forwarded your complaint to the Area Manager so they can review this with the store team and ensure this does not happen again. In the meantime, please reach out to our Customer Services department via our website so we can resolve this for you directly.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Jasmyn
