Exceptional service!
I am a regular customer at the perfume shop and I have always received such wonderful customer service. The knowledge of perfume and gift wrapping skills is what brings me back each time, I receive especially great service at the trinity store. I was shopping for a scent for my husband last week and was served by the amazing Maleehah, she really looked after me and tailored to my specific requirements resulting in me gifting him the perfect scent.

I would just like to say that Tom at the Trinity Leeds store has the most amazing customer service and went above and beyond to help me today when I came in looking for a perfume I didn’t realise was a limited edition and was no longer going to be stocked.
