The perfume shop Trafford centre
I was greeted by John at the perfume shop in the Trafford centre, where he helped me choose an aftershave which was a present for my dad. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the scents I was asking about.
Great customer service and he even wrapped it for me at a small extra cost.

Visited the store in the Trafford Centre to purchase a birthday gift. I was served by Aaliyah who was very friendly and knowledgeable of the perfumes you stocked. This made our experience less stressful and the added bonus of gift wrapping was much welcomed. Would highly recommend visiting the store to Family and friends, will definitely be back 🙂 very Happy Customer 🙂

I went to The Perfume Shop and had the worst experience
I went to The Perfume Shop in the Trafford Centre 6 days ago and had a really good experience. However, this time it was awful. I asked a staff member, Amir, a simple question about an aftershave and instead of helping, he sarcastically told me to “Google it.” That kind of attitude is completely unprofessional and disappointing, especially compared to the excellent service I received on my previous visit.
