I’ve been coming to The Perfume Store in Tallaght for a few years now, and honestly, they are simply brilliant. The staff here are hands down the most knowledgeable and friendly people you could hope to meet. No matter what I ask — whether it’s about notes, longevity, or finding something similar to a scent I already love — they always know exactly what to say and take the time to explain everything properly. They never make you feel rushed, and they’re always happy to let you test as many as you like until you find the one. It’s such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and every single time I walk in, I feel genuinely looked after like a valued customer, not just a sale.

My fragrance collection is pretty extensive at this stage, and I worked it out recently — 90% of every bottle I own has come from this store. That alone says everything you need to know! I’ve built my whole collection here because I trust their advice completely, I know the stock is 100% authentic, and the prices are always fair and competitive. Whether I’m after a high-end designer classic, a hidden gem, or just a gift for someone special, they always point me in the right direction and never get it wrong. It’s become my go-to spot, and I honestly can’t imagine building my collection anywhere else.

If you’re into fragrances or even just looking for a nice scent and don’t know where to start, do yourself a favour and call in here. You won’t find better service, better advice, or a better range anywhere locally. They’ve got a customer for life in me, and I’ll keep recommending them to everyone I know. Five stars just isn’t enough — they deserve every bit of praise they get!

The workers are always lovely and very helpful, they helped me find a perfume for a gift and it was the last one as well. Although for the future if you're asking for the delivery address it would be best to either type it in yourself or be able to write it down instead of having to loudly say it for safety reasons when other people are in the store. Besides that delivery was fast and had no problems.

The lovely sales assistant Michelle in the Tallaght store helped myself and my boyfriend pick out a lovely scent for his mother. We were in a rush but she was very helpful, insightful and efficient. Highly recommended to family and friends.

literally spent three months trying to organise the return of a faulty bottle bought at Christmas. The online support is very poor. Constantly closing the case despite it not being resolved. They have now acknowledged that the return was received but has been sitting waiting to be 'scanned' at the warehouse. Over three weeks ago.

Was up there during the week and what a darling of a lovely little girl I met named Sophie, she couldn't of being more kind or helpful in helping me pick out a bottle of perfume for my daughter, I left the shop feeling wonderful and smelling fabulous, credit to her parents 😀
