We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. I went into Stockport branch and was served by a lovely lady called Julie/sManager lwho helped me with a query. I ordered a bottle of Chanel Coco and I was sent Coco Madmoiselle . She changed the order for me and I also want ordered some Chanel Chance . She was so helpful and very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble for her. She is a credit to your company . She also apologised for their error and gave me a beautiful free gift . 5 star customer service , thank you .

Chantelle was very knowledgeable. Have been trying to chase down an old Dior perfume for years - no luck at John Lewis or on line. We found out it was only available abroad. She gave me full details and I managed to purchase in Malta.
