Fab service from Janice who was very patient and very very helpful! Guided me through several options and gave great suggestions according to my needs and was not pushy nor did she get annoyed by my requesting for a tester of each and every perfume she suggested! wonderful lady who understood the customer and what they were looking for and even offered me better options than what i had in mind.

Jill was lovely, and was a great help to me today picking out a perfume for my mum. Brill customer service !

Excellent service from Jill at your Silverburn store. We find we would travel a longer distance than our local perfume shop as service better . We always appreciate the extra attention from silverburn .

Popped into silverburn and was greeted by the lovely Emma, she was very friendly. I was in looking for samsara which emma was able to pin point right away. She explained there was a 20% offer on in the store so my friend and I both purchased. Emma also signed us up for members cards. Will definitely be back, friendly and knowledgeable young lady

The young lady who assisted me with my purchase was excellent and knowledgeable. I only had a photograph of perfume. She had to “source” it online , as it was not in shop. Arranged for it to be delivered. She also checked to see if i had loyalty card. (I had forgotten) Excellent serivce

Emma at Silverburn was so patient with myself (an older generation) and I wish the management would pay notice to an excellent nature and front of house person that the company ought to be proud of.
I do hope that she gets some recognition for her service.
