Saira was so helpful, she really made me feel welcomed and was knowledgeable about all the fragrances I was looking at. She was able to make suggestions of fragrances I might like when I found out I couldn’t get So Scandal anymore. Thank you so much Saira, you’re a star and an absolute asset to this store. 😊

I would like to praise and appreciate the kind and very helpful manager of the Meadowhall’s branch! I actually bought the wrong product of Chanel bleu, after some explaining from the manager with great customer service, she guided me to the correct product, with just minimal price difference to pay, she made me a very happy customer. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Top marks, wonderful customer service and manager

A huge thank you to Mariana for her incredible support. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and guide me through my experience with patience and clarity. Her help made a real difference, and I'm truly grateful.

Keeley was absolutely fantastic. I know you have two perfume shops in Meadowhall but she is one of the main reasons I keep visiting this store. Always on hand to help and help me pick the perfect fragrance.

Her knowledge of fragrances is second to none, and she always takes the time to understand what I’m looking for, whether it’s for myself or a gift.

Keeley’s customer service is genuinely exceptional – friendly, professional, and always with a smile. She remembers my preferences, gives great recommendations, and makes the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly loves what they do and takes such pride in looking after their customers.

Thanks so much, Keeley – you make every visit a pleasure!

I was welcomed into the store by Kim who helped me choose a couple of fragrances. Kim was very warm and friendly and even though I had a problem with pricing she helped me fix it on the till. She helped me with a prior exchange and even went the extra mile to gift wrap one of my perfumes again. Thank you Kim xx
