Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. My son is 21 and autistic he has social anxiety the lady in the Craigavon store (Karen) is a godsend for him she takes her time with him always very pleasant and welcoming I can not praise her or thank her enough

5 star service in your store in Rushmere shopping centre. From the moment I entered was greeted by such friendly staff. Although it was extremely busy in store was served by a wonderful staff member who had lots of knowledge and guided me with my purchase . Sorry I did not get a name. Once served was asked did I need my purchase gift wrapped which was just a lovely touch as they were extremely busy. Just wonderful service from start to finish
