We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Had a 5* experience from Pele at the Oxford Westgate store. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and just an all around nice person. He offered extensive product knowledge, thoroughly explained the membership system and ultimately gained two loyal customers from people that had not stepped foot in the store before. What an absolute asset to the company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Today I visited a perfume shop to buy gifts for my friends, and I had a great experience. The customer service was excellent — everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I was assisted by Ishaq, who provided outstanding service. He is very knowledgeable about different perfumes, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and gave great recommendations. My friends absolutely loved the perfumes he suggested. Overall, it was a wonderful shopping experience, and I highly recommend this shop.

I thought I will receive sample of perfume but I didn’t get anything, the last spice bomb I bought was because the sample was being sent to me. So I appreciate samples alot, it makes me know more fragrances am suppose to buy.
