Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Excellent service
Excellent service extremely professional staff,Maddie and her colleague were exceptional very polite and helpful and brilliant at what they do,this is the only perfume shop I come to and the main reason is due to the staff and how they make your shopping experience great.

Outstanding service
This was my first experience of The Perfume Shop. I phoned the Norwich, Chapelfield branch to obtain a difficult to buy Ralph Lauren Polo Green male perfume. The lady I spoke to was called Lilli and immediately advised me she had two in stock. I said I would be down directly and asked her to reserve both. On arrival I found Lilli to be very personable and most effecient. An absolute credit to her Company. So much so I spent another £90 on perfume for my wife.

Lovely clean store
