I had a really great experience at the Superdrug perfume shop on Northumberland Street in Newcastle thanks to Natalie. She was friendly, approachable, and really knowledgeable about the fragrances. She took the time to listen to what I liked and recommended a fragrance that smelled amazing while still fitting perfectly within my budget.
Her customer service was excellent — professional without being pushy — and she made the whole experience enjoyable and relaxed. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find the right product. Really impressed with the service and I’ll definitely be back again. Thanks Natalie!

The girl in the shop was so helpful she ordered aftershave for me with no problem at all.

I visited the shop Sunday 2 November. I was absolutely disappointed by the attitude of a staff member in the perfume shop. I simply asked if Raulph Lauren was in stock and the long dark haired girl very rudely responded with ‘no we don’t’. I never normally have an issue with the other girls but this girl acted as if I interrupted her and had no time for me. I’m very disappointed with the miserable attitude and behaviour in the store.

A good experience made more so with the help of a friendly and helpful assistant, nothing was to much trouble

Thanks to the best employees Caitly and Natalie as they had helped me to buy good perfume for my wife and my wife she loved it plus I wasn’t thinking of getting a student discount, but yes, I get good student discount and they had made my day as they had rabbit up for me as a gift it looks so cool

I'm a regular here normally buy la vie belle ended up buying 2 other fragrances from a very busy friendly assistant catlin I who is fantastic as is the other assistant Nat who has always been excellent over the years pushing gift wrap service aswell as upselling these girls need. Pay rise as often single handed and wrapping fragrances these are an asset too you and your buisness

Estelle attended to me, she was extremely helpful and very patient, lovely smile and great customer service too, she offered varieties of vanilla perfumes, I was confused on which perfume brand to get and she did a fantastic job helping me decide. Thank you Estelle. I'll be coming back for more purchases.

The attendant (Caitlyn) was so lovely, had the patience of a saint 😊 and helped me out with my perfume selection.

I got served by a young girl called Natalie she was super helpful and approachable knew her knowledge of fragrances. I couldn’t think of the name of the perfume I wanted I described the smell to Natalie and she gave me three choice on a tester card and one of the ones she gave me was the one I wanted. She valued her time to me even though it was busy and other people were waiting to be served. I will definitely be back for Christmas presents as her customer service skills were phenomenal.

Natalie was amazing saved us more than I hope great service
