Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Great personal experience
Rukshar helped me today at the Marble Arch branch. She was fantastic and helped me find something that fits my criteria. She was very knowledgeable and provided a great service. This was my first time at the branch, I normally go to the Victoria one, but since that is now closed, I'll be returning to the Marble Arch branch in the future!

Marble arch Nusrat

Rukshas’ customer service is…
Rukshas’ customer service is phenomenal, i went to find a gift for my wife with my daughter and after helping us pick out the perfect scent she went above and beyond by spraying the gift wrapping and personalising the ribbon before finally handing us free perfume samples, you can tell she loves her job and she deserves praise for it, thanks Rukshas!

I recently visited the perfume shop (Marnle Arch)
and had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They took the time to understand my preferences and helped me find the perfect fragrance. Their knowledge about the perfumes was impressive, and they guided me through various options without any pressure.
I especially appreciated how they made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find such personalized service these days. I left the store not only with a beautiful fragrance but also with a smile on my face. I highly recommend the perfume shop at Marble Arch to anyone looking for a new scent and a fantastic shopping experience!

I love going to the perfume shop in Marble Arch. They have great staff and a big thank you to Cristina . She is amazing, she knows the perfume I like and she always take good care of me whenever I walk in to buy my perfume (viva la Vida, juicy couture ) .
