Perfume journey
I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted but not 100% sure. I’ve been looking for my signature scent for a while now and Sam (I believe that was his name, I am so sorry if i got it wrong!!!) been an absolute gem and helped me find THE perfect perfume. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
Given it’s only our lil Arndale TPS, it was a very luxurious experience shopping there today!

Went in today sam approached me, what a delightful experience i had, very knowledgeable, customer service was excellent, not pushy, not over selling but advising and reccomending different options as i didnt know what to go for, after suggesting a quite a few we found the right fragrance for me, sure will be back as the experience was amazing

I wouldn’t give a one star. Ordered a perfume for a birthday and had to chase it up after the 7days to be told sorry it’s been lost and will get a refund in three days. Disgraceful behaviour I thought better of this company. Won’t use again the person who replied to me was just yeah sorry. Now I have to wait for my refund. Not happy at all
