Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. I was served by Mimi she was so patient with me as I was choosing a new fragrance for my wedding and couldn’t for the life of me make my mind up. She had great knowledge on some of the perfumes I was interested in and asked me loads of questions to get to know me and what I like. Great customer service will definitely come back to this store.

the staff in the store were helpful and considerate and because the item i required was not in stock it was emphasized that it would not cot me any more if i signed up to the newsletter and the item would be delivered to my door which is was within a few days
