Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. I have visited the perfume shop in St John's centre on many occasions. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable on all fragrances.
Today I visited the shop and was served by a lovely friendly woman who's advice on perfumes for my partner was excellent.
Highly recommend if thinking of purchasing for your loved one for any special occasions.

I visited the store to look for a new aftershave
I visited the store to look for some new aftershave and was welcomed by a lovely team member- Vickie. She was so helpful and I left with a new aftershave (which I love) and a smile on my face. Will definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again soon!

Customer Service at its best!
Amazing customer service from Vickie at St John’s store. I was buying perfume for my mum and couldn’t remember the name of her favourite but Vickie was brilliant and helped me work it out from my vague description of the bottle and the smell!! Happy customer and happy mum!
