Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. I had an absolutely outstanding experience at The Perfume Shop in Liverpool One! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. Mell, in particular, went above and beyond to make my visit special.
Her product knowledge was incredible, she guided me through the fragrances with such enthusiasm and patience, helping me find the perfect scent without ever feeling rushed. Mell’s warm personality and attention to detail truly turned a simple shopping trip into a five-star experience.

Ben in your Liverpool one store was unbelievably helpful with me yesterday, making sure I got exactly what I needed at the best price, he even contacted another local store to make sure I was catered for and I left feeling really happy and upbeat after my interaction with him

Great customer service
Had a great shoping experience at liverpool one perfume shop.
Ben was super helpful and genuinely happy to help he gift wrap my gift set perfectly and even added a personalised ribbon.

I can always get my perfume from TPS…
I can always get my perfume from TPS and they give me great rewards when I buy it from them, Vouchers with money off etc, I never buy from anywhere else, they also deliver to my workplace or offer collection from store which is so easy.
