Service with a smile
I went into your Kilburn store looking to treat myself to a new fragrance. I was greeted by Adina. I told her that I would like to try something new. She asked questions about what I had used before and what I liked. Her knowledge of perfumes was outstanding and the perfumes she selected me to try were definitely winners. I bought one of the ones Adina recommended and it is definitely upto standards.
It is refreshing to see such good service nowadays and will be recommending and visiting this store in the future.

Your associate Eleanor is fantastic acknowledging and recognising a "lost" customer's needs. Went to this branch on Kilburn High Road, Sunday the 6th of April to make some enquiries and ended up plucking two enchanting EDT by Issey Miyaki. She offered and wrapped them beautifully with a smile.

Perfume shop is my go to for my…
Perfume shop is my go to for my favorite fragrances. But on this specific visit I must say I was very happy with the service. I was served by Breanna at the Kilburn location in london. She was very nice and I really appreciated her input in helping choose my fragrances. I ended up leaving the store with more than I had plan to buy initially and I don't regret one bit. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting that location to ask for Breanna.

I've just ordered a Chanel perfume from them, and it's 100% the real one. The price was so good that I wondered whether it's the original one or not, but they are a trustworthy retailer, and I'm very happy with my purchase. I've bought perfumes on other occasions from them years ago, and they were always beyond expectations.
