Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. Amazing Service From Alyssia!
I came to your store in Superdrug yesterday in the hope to find a helpful member of staff as I needed to choose my wedding perfume and I really didn’t know where to start! Alyssia was AMAZING!!! Sooo helpful she took her time to find out what perfumes I like and gave so much advice. Alyssia is very knowledgeable and gave me all what I was looking for in order to choose the correct scent for my big day! It was so nice to chat to her and she took the time to ask about my wedding …. You don’t find service like this anymore Alyssia needs to be recognised for her second to none customer service skills! Con artists !
I would stay well away from this company I've been ripped off because of the cashier sending a click and collect to the wrong place no managers in store, area manager on the phone absolutely atrocious now I'm £85 down and no product and they aren't interested in helping, phone calls and emails sent still waiting for help absolute con artists stay well away !
