Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Eva was incredible
Eva was incredible, did not rush me even though it was mother's day, I tried three different scents went off and did my shopping so I could smell and decide which one to purchase. When I came back she was busy dealing with a customer but got my perfume ready at the same time, a great multi tasker. I have never bought anything in the perfume shop before but after my experience today I will be back. It's great to deal with such a pleasant professional assistant.

Attentive and kind
Despite the Christmas rush, the staff at Dundrum were absolutely fantastic. From phones ringing to massive queues going right out the door, I still felt so seen and listened to.
I was met with kindness and just upmost attentiveness. I was looking for a perfume for my son and I didn’t have a clue, but the girls helped me out big time. He will be so happy.
To just focus on each customer and give patience and kindness is nothing short of professional. It was my first time shopping at this perfume shop and I will definitely be back.
Hats off to ye.
