We visited the Derby Level branch as a few weeks ago as my husband was looking for a new aftershave. He described what he was looking for and the assistants made several suggestions. He found exactly what he was looking for. The attentiveness of the assistants, the general ambience in the shop made this a fun experience and we would not hesitate to go back in the future. I went into the shop looking for a Pacific perfume and the lady named Holly behind the counter was very helpful which made my purchase alot more easier i fount her very easy to talk to she listened well as i described the perfume i was after and she was very knowledgeable about all the different types of perfumes in the shop ! :)
