The Perfume Shop - Derby 345 Anmeldelser

My go to shop for perfume. Our local shop is great and the staff are so helpful. The shop has a great atmosphere. The deals on perfume are brilliant and the loyalty card. Highly recommend.

The sales girls was very professional and helped me to find out the best deal. As the perfume was not available in shop she ordered it for online delivery which I received next day.

Paige was really helpful. Thank you :-)

Doreen who served me was so lovely! Very easy to talk to and helped me find the right purchase. She has a lot of knowledge about the products which was super helpful. Would visit again :)

I am writing to express my appreciation for Lynne, who works in your Derby Perfume shop in Derbion Centre, level 1. I visited the store today and between myself and my mother spent around £400 on perfume due to Lynnes expertise. Lynne stands out for her exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for her work.

Lynne has an impressive understanding of fragrances — she not only knows the products inside and out but also takes the time to understand what each customer is looking for. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her friendly, confident manner made the visit an enjoyable experience.

It’s rare to find someone who combines such expertise with such warmth and approachability. Lynne is a real credit to your team and an excellent representative of your brand.

Please pass on my thanks and appreciation to Lynne for the outstanding service she provides. There was also two other ladies besides Lynne, which were Mica and Ayesha I believe their names were, who was also smiling and friendly.

The store was a real asset to your brand. Well done on such a welcoming and friendly store. Which I will be shopping at again!

Great customer service, would buy online at the perfume shop again!

I was supporting a lady that loves perfumes. (She has LD) Diane took great care of her. Helped her find the perfect option that she really loved. She took time out to make sure her needs were met and made her feel very special. Thank you so much for your kindness. We truly appreciate it!!

Went into the store and straight away, attendants were very helpful, knowledgeable about the products and more than willing to help find you the perfect cologne. The lady helping me was new to the role and was absolutely lovely. She helped me find just what I wanted with a great deal!

Once entered I was greeted with a welcoming smile and total dedication and help throughout my stay . I left with items that I seriously needed for that evening and had a great night . Thank you girls for your 100% commitment.

I had such an amazing experience at this store. The staff here go above and beyond to help customers. They are so polite, friendly and welcoming, and acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. They know their products and this is demonstrated through their comprehensive knowledge of fragrances and their recommendations.

The staff are more than helpful and ensure that each customer receives the best service they can provide.
