Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Great customer service, Cumbernauld.
Both ladies (Norma and Jeanette)at the Cumbernauld store were very helpful and knowledgeable, Norma served me I ended up with my favourite after shave at nearly half price , a new Ralph Lauren bag for free and bought a small ladies perfume dispenser for my wife plus plenty of testers.I wasn’t even planning on buying aftershave today but now really glad I did.Thank you ladies , fantastic customer service.

I went in today to get a bottle of Fame and Janet couldn’t have been more helpful, she was so kind and helpful and even helped me fill out my details for my perfume shop card and was showing me a fancy bottle of fame with a little fur coat. So cute! Janet was so chatty and happy throughout the whole transaction! Such a lovely lady! I’m so happy with my new bottle of perfume
