The 2 people who served me on Friday afternoon were absolutely brilliant. They both really bounced off each other and extremely knowledgeable, they really knew their perfumes. I came out with a men's and women's fragrance I wouldn't have ever considered trying. It was a really enjoyable experience and would absolutely go back again for my scents. Thank you for making my day.

The young lady that served me was very friendly and helpful sorry I i cannot remember her name.. very satisfied with the service I received 🙂👍

I had a wonderful experience at the perfume store thanks to Tamsin. She provided exceptional service from start to finish. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, but she also went out of her way to help with beautifully wrapping my purchase. When my card had issues with activation, she remained incredibly patient and reassuring throughout the whole process. Her professionalism and kindness made what could have been a stressful moment completely stress-free.

Always comes on time presented well

I came in today this store feeling a bit low mood cause it my birthday on Monday 25th August and I may be spending other lonely one. I was greeted by lovely, kind and amazing customer service Jess who made my shopping experience absolutely sensational. Jess took the time out to attend me with struggling mental and I felt truly appreciated by the quality of her customer service . I were able to make a good purchase a cologne I’ve wanted but never had the confidence to purchase. Jess brought back me how important to look after me and treat well especially it’s Birthday. The ladies Monika and Dolci were very friendly. Dolci gave me advice on what to buy for my mother in law, suggested to sign up to a loyalty card to get some samples and then beautifully wrapped it up; nothing was too much trouble. Such a nice experience. Makes a big difference when someone is knowledgeable and serves you with a smile on their face.

Great service from Sophie & Zoe at Crystal Peaks. Really happy with my purchase and the ribbon made the gift extra special. I got some free samples to take home and try and I will be returning, thanks again

When visiting the shop the ladies were lovely. Very helpful. My daughter won the raffle from just one ticket and Monica was so happy for her. All round just a fantastic experience even before winning the raffle. Definitely will be going back.

Was served today by two lovely young ladies, Dolci and Jess. They were both very helpful and I left having a brilliant impression of the store. Not only did they put up with me wanting to sample everything but they helped me find a fragrance I really loved! Nothing was too much trouble for them and I felt really looked after.

They are the perfect example of what good customer service is and a lot of stores could do well to follow their example.

I was at Crystal Peaks for the 2nd time this week and the service I received was brilliant as always.
The staff, Jess and Dolci were very cheerful and polite, handling all my requests very professionally as well as going over and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I don't even live in the area but I would rather go all that way because I am guaranteed a pleasant shopping experience.
