Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Outstanding Customer Service
Great advice about a cologne for my teenage son - wasn't in stock so the Lady on the counter ordered it for me and when I asked about my own cologne - instead of selling me the stand alone bottle , she pointed out a special offer on a gift box for myself which was lower in price and containing the cologne I wanted. Couldn't order on line....
Couldn't order what I wanted on line, so I went to the store. The young lady there ordered it for me and had it delivered to the store which I collected. All along, I was informed on the status of my order. Very efficent. What's more she was very pleasent, which is very rear these days.
