Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. Tewkesbury store impressive 😊
I visited the Tewkesbury store with my son today, late afternoon on a very wet gloomy day, as soon as we walked in it was like the sun came out, a young happy, smiley face from a young lady greeted us 😊 after countless sprays and questions from my son he finally made his mind up and bought some aftershave, by now we had probably been in the store for 30 minutes, the young lady carried on serving other customers (still happy, smiley and helpful) and kept checking on us if we needed anymore help, she was also alone as someone hadn't turned up! So I just wanted to say how absolutely lovely it was to be served by someone quite young, who knew the products, offers ect , didn't buckle under pressure and still kept her composure throughout the time we were there. Also the store was very well maintained too, clean, tidy and priced....so 5 🌟 today...thank you 😊

10/10 Service, felt like a unique personal experience.

The amazing girls in Tewkesbury @ the New designer outlet, my go to place for perfumes and advice due to the amazing service, met with huge smiles and also good banter especially as a man needing that bit of help and advice! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, helpful, knowledgeable and just all round excellent. I go there because of them and I’m old fashioned in the respect that I buy into people and I would always go back there because of the service and shopping experience
