They surprise you with gifts like samples and sometimes even something extra, like in my case, I received a beautiful travel bag when I bought perfume. It's a great option to collect points that can be redeemed for discounts on purchases. I recommend it!

Had one of the best customer service experiences ever in the Coleraine store today. I was in such a pickle as I'd made a mistake with an online order. Holly & Joanne were quite simply THE BEST!!!
