I went to the Clacton-on-Sea branch to see if they had a Mugler foundation in the shop, which they did. I spoke to a very nice lady called Lauren, who was very friendly and went through all my options. Lauren refilled my bottle for me which was very quick and easy to do. We discussed my favourite perfumes and she knew my tastes and showed me a new one that she thought I would like. Which I will be buying soon. Lauren was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the perfumes she sells and I would definitely recommend her. There was also another lady working there who was also very friendly.

Very efficient arrived in perfect time, ladies in the shop so very helpful will definitely use this service again

items never arrived went in store they said they cant do anything ring customer service, was in queue for customer service 1hr+ before I got through, once through gave them the information lady on other ends tone was short and is if I'm wasting her time, she said hold she will check, 20mins on hold they hang up. Rang once again today giving them benefit of doubt maybe something happened due to signal loss, same again in queue for 40mins+ get through give them my details though they didn't seem to be listening much as I intentionality mumbled information and they didn't ask me to repeat just said okay great thank you ill check and yet again silence then they hang up. very poor.

Went in to have a look at some perfume in the store while away on holiday. Was served by Fran and she was brilliant. Her customer service was second to none. I asked about a few and she helped me but then left me to browse and smell different fragrances. What I really liked, is I never felt pressured to buy anything and she didn’t hover over me, like you get in some shops. When they hover I always feel uncomfortable and end up walking out not buying anything. Fran was friendly and helpful the whole time, letting me smell different testers and I ended up purchasing two bottles. Thank you Fran.

The moment I walked in on Thursday the 14th of August at 16:37 I was greeted with a welcoming smile. The lady who served me ensured I got what I was after with no problems. She answered all my questions and was incredibly helpful. She provided me with a points card as I didn’t already have one. I can’t make out her name on the receipt. I think it’s fran. She is an asset to the company and is one of the main reasons I’ll be coming back.
