Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Our VIP members can select a sample at checkout and have the opportunity to earn rewards while they shop. You can checkout straight away using our card payment options, or choose to buy now pay later using Klarna. Amazing customer service by Lisa
I came into the shop and was greeted warmly by Lisa. Lisa helped me find the fragrances I was looking for to gift others, and helped me find some for myself by giving excellent recommendations.
I had to return to the shop as I needed another fragrance, and again, Lisa welcomed me back with a warm greeting and a smile, and again, helped me find the other fragrances I needed. Along with this, we had a good conversation about each fragrance and what we thought about them. Overall amazing experience and the best customer service from Lisa and the others.
