Yusuf was an absolute star today. I wasn't sure what perfume i wanted but knew the type of scent I wanted. Yusuf was amazing in getting the perfect scents for me. Will definitely be coming back.

We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Exemplary customer service from Usef
I was served by a member of staff named Usef. He was polite, super approachable and friendly, professional, knowledgeable about fragrances in general and also current trends. He was incredibly patient with me as I had come to pick up an online order but also wanted to refund another order and in addition to that I was looking to purchase another and so I asked to sample many fragrances before I made a decision on which to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and able to help me to narrow down the type of scent that would suit my taste. I had a great customer experience and I left very satisfied with my purchase. I also felt that I left the store with an increased knowledge on fragrances in general and the factors to take into account when choosing a fragrance. It was the type of customer service that all staff should aspire to deliver and I will definitely look forward to returning to the store again there next time I plan to purchase a fragrance.
