Our staff are trained and developed so that they are the most knowledgeable sales advisors within the perfume industry, we have the largest number of Fragrance Foundation fragrance graduates nationwide and a fragrance finder to guide your online shopping. We have been voted the Fragrance Foundation Online Retailer of the Year for the past 5 years. Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Kemi, Ruby and Serbuy 100/10 service 🫶
Me and my boyfriend came in today to find myself a fragrance. Straight away Kemi, Ruby and Serbuy were very nice and friendly and helped me find 2 fragrances that I fell in love with. They also threw in some freebies and a discount for choosing to shop with them which made my day (the little purse was soo beautiful I am obsessed! And the mini perfume smells amazing) service was amazing everyone was so sweet and helpful. I’ll defo be coming back for my next fragrances 🫶

I can see that your order was sent using the requested Special Delivery Guaranteed, which is a signed‑for service. As no one was available at the delivery address at the time of the first attempt, Royal Mail were required to make a redelivery attempt, which unfortunately caused the delay.
I’m pleased to see that you were able to redirect the parcel to a local store, and I hope this made receiving your order more convenient. I do apologise for the frustration caused and appreciate your patience while this was resolved.
